Your Rights
- ✓ Your domain is registered under YOUR name or company. You are the legal registrant, not us.
- ✓ You receive full login credentials to your domain control panel and hosting cPanel.
- ✓ You are free to transfer your domain or website to another provider at any time. We will cooperate fully with any transfer request.
- ✓ Your website content is your copyright. We do not claim ownership of any content you create or upload.
- ✓ You can register your domain with one provider and host with another. You are not locked in to any single provider.
Service Description
- ✓ BizPartner provides shared web hosting and email hosting services for small and medium businesses.
- ✓ We source hosting services from established providers including Exabytes, Hostpro2u, and others. BizPartner is a top partner of Exabytes and an authorized reseller of other providers.
- ✓ All hosting plans include web space, email accounts, cPanel access, regular backups, and technical support.
- ✓ Our servers run on the Linux platform. We do not support ASP, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, Cold Fusion, or MSSQL. Contact us if you need Windows hosting.
- ✓ We have been providing stable hosting services since 2008.
Acceptable Use
- ✓ You may not use our hosting services for any illegal activities or to distribute illegal content.
- ✓ Pirated software, copyrighted material distributed without authorization, and counterfeit goods are strictly prohibited.
- ✓ Adult content, gambling, and any content that violates Malaysian law are not permitted.
- ✓ You may not use our servers to distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful software.
- ✓ Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to servers, accounts, or systems is prohibited.
- ✓ BizPartner reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Email Policy
- ✓ All hosting plans include unlimited POP3 and IMAP email accounts with webmail access.
- ✓ Email sending is limited to 300 emails per hour to protect server reputation and prevent abuse.
- ✓ Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) is strictly prohibited. This includes purchased mailing lists and mass marketing emails to recipients who have not opted in.
- ✓ If your account is found to be sending spam, it may be suspended and a cleanup fee of RM500 may apply.
- ✓ Anti-virus and anti-spam filtering is included with all email accounts.
Shared Hosting Resources
- ✓ Under shared hosting, your website shares server resources (space, memory, bandwidth, processing power) with other websites on the same server.
- ✓ Each account is limited to the storage and bandwidth included in your plan, 512MB of virtual memory, and a maximum of 250,000 files.
- ✓ If your usage significantly impacts server performance or affects other clients, your hosting may be suspended until the issue is resolved.
- ✓ We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any suspension, unless the situation requires immediate action to protect server stability.
- ✓ You can upgrade your hosting plan at any time if you need more resources.
Backups
- ✓ We perform regular automatic backups of your hosting account as part of our service.
- ✓ Backups are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. We do not guarantee the frequency, completeness, or availability of any backup.
- ✓ For critical data, we strongly recommend that you maintain your own backup copies. You can download backups at any time through your cPanel.
- ✓ If you need us to restore your account from a backup, a restoration fee may apply.
Payment & Renewal
- ✓ Hosting services are billed on a yearly subscription basis. Domain registration is billed annually.
- ✓ Payment is due upon invoice. Services may be suspended if payment is not received within the grace period stated on the invoice.
- ✓ We will send renewal reminders before your subscription expires. It is your responsibility to ensure timely renewal to avoid service interruption.
- ✓ Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). USD equivalents are provided for reference only.
Termination
- ✓ You may cancel your hosting service at any time by contacting us. We will cooperate with any transfer of your domain and website data to another provider.
- ✓ BizPartner may terminate your account for violation of this hosting policy, non-payment after reasonable notice, or if required by law.
- ✓ Upon termination, we will make reasonable efforts to allow you to retrieve your data within a reasonable timeframe.
- ✓ Refunds for unused service periods are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Data Privacy
- ✓ We collect personal information (name, email, phone number) necessary to provide our hosting services and communicate with you.
- ✓ Your personal information may be shared with our upstream hosting providers (such as Exabytes and Hostpro2u) as required to provision and maintain your hosting services.
- ✓ We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
- ✓ We handle your data in accordance with the Malaysia Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
- ✓ The contents of your hosting account (files, emails, databases) are treated as confidential. We will not access your content except as necessary to provide support or maintain the server, or if required by law.

Disclaimer & Liability
- ✓ Hosting services are provided on a best-effort basis. While we strive for reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- ✓ BizPartner is not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from service interruptions, whether caused by server issues, network problems, or circumstances beyond our control.
- ✓ You are responsible for the content you host and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws.
- ✓ Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you have paid for the affected service period.
Changes to This Policy
- ✓ BizPartner reserves the right to update this hosting policy from time to time.
- ✓ Significant changes will be communicated to active hosting clients via email.
- ✓ Continued use of our services after changes are communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
