Do I get email accounts?
Yes! All plans include unlimited email accounts with POP3 and IMAP support. You can check your email from any web browser (webmail), or set it up on Outlook, the Gmail app, or your phone - whatever you prefer.
Can I transfer my existing domain?
Absolutely! We can help you move your website address from any registrar. You'll get full access to manage your domain settings (DNS records), and we'll walk you through the process.
What about backups?
We perform regular automatic backups of your website. For important data, we also recommend keeping your own backup copies as extra peace of mind.
Do I own my domain?
Yes! Your website address is registered under YOUR name or company - you are the legal registrant. We never register domains under our name. You get full login access to verify and manage it yourself.
Can I upgrade my hosting plan later?
Yes, you can move to a bigger plan at any time. We'll prorate the price difference fairly and migrate your website files over for you - no downtime.
