  • By using our website or services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
  • If you are a hosting client, additional terms in our Hosting Policy also apply to you.

What We Collect

  • Personal details: Name, email address, phone number, and business name, collected when you submit a contact form or enquiry.
  • Browsing data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and time spent on site, collected via Google Analytics (only if you accept cookies).
  • Chat conversations: Messages you send through the Chatbase AI chatbot on our website (only if you accept cookies).
  • Correspondence: Emails, WhatsApp messages, and other communications in the course of serving you.
  • Cookie preferences: Your cookie consent choice (accept or decline) is stored in your browser's local storage.

How We Collect It

  • Contact forms: Our website forms are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form service. Your name, email, phone, and message are sent to Web3Forms and then forwarded to us.
  • Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site. This is only activated if you accept cookies via our consent banner.
  • Chatbase AI chatbot: Conversations with the chatbot are processed by Chatbase. This is only activated if you accept cookies.
  • Email and WhatsApp: Communications you send to us directly.
  • Offline forms: Paper forms filled by prospects and clients at events or meetings.
  • Partners and events: We may receive your information from BizPartner partners, resellers, affiliates, and event collaborators (permission-based only).

Cookies & Analytics

  • Google Analytics (GA4): Collects anonymous browsing data including pages visited, time on site, device type, and approximate location. Data is processed by Google.
  • Chatbase: Powers our AI chatbot. May set cookies to manage chat sessions. Data is processed by Chatbase.
  • Local storage: We store your cookie consent preference (accepted or declined) in your browser's local storage so we don't ask you again on each visit.
  • If you click Decline, no Google Analytics or Chatbase scripts are loaded, and no tracking cookies are set.
  • You can change your cookie preference at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site.

Third-Party Sharing

  • Web3Forms: Processes contact form submissions. Receives your name, email, phone, and message.
  • Google: Processes website analytics data (if you accept cookies). Data may be stored on Google servers outside Malaysia.
  • Chatbase: Processes AI chatbot conversations (if you accept cookies).
  • Exabytes: Our upstream web and email hosting provider. Receives client data as needed to provision hosting services.
  • Webnic.cc and Tucows: Domain name registrars used by our upstream providers for international domain registration.
  • We do not sell your personal data to any third party. Data is only shared as necessary to provide our services.

Your Rights

  • Opt out of marketing: You can unsubscribe from BizPartner updates at any time by contacting us.
  • Manage cookies: Use the cookie consent banner to accept or decline tracking cookies. You can reset your preference by clearing your browser's local storage.
  • Access your data: You have the right under PDPA 2010 to request access to the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct your data: If any personal data we hold is inaccurate or outdated, contact us and we will correct it, usually within 3 days.
  • Withdraw consent: You may withdraw your consent for us to process your personal data. Note that this may affect our ability to provide services to you.

Cross-Border Transfers

  • Your personal data may be stored or transferred to locations outside of Malaysia, including servers operated by Google (Analytics), Web3Forms, and Chatbase.
  • Our upstream hosting providers may also store data on servers located outside Malaysia.

  • If our business is sold or transferred to another party, your personal data may be disclosed to the new owners to enable them to continue operating the business.
