Time Home Fibre is now offering free WiFi 7 routers and mesh nodes for its 600Mbps and 1Gbps home fibre broadband plans. The 600Mbps plan costs RM139/month, with a promotional rate of RM99/month for the first six months. Existing subscribers with a tenure of 20 months or more can upgrade to a 1Gbps plan to receive the WiFi 7 router for free. Additional WiFi 7 mesh nodes can be added for a monthly fee starting at RM19.
Signal, the encrypted messaging app, has been blocked in Venezuela and Russia. In Venezuela, the blockage follows disputed presidential election results, while in Russia, the app is said to have violated local legislation. Users in both countries are advised to turn on Signal’s censorship circumvention feature to maintain access.
