CTOS Data Systems Sdn Bhd (CTOS) has clarified that it will continue to provide credit reports to its customers and subscribers following a recent High Court ruling. The ruling stated that CTOS has no power to formulate credit scores, but the company argues this is unrelated to their lawsuit and plans to appeal. CTOS, a registered agency under the Ministry of Finance, asserts its compliance with the Credit Reporting Agency Act (CRAA) 2010 and its authority to provide credit scoring.
Singapore has joined the Digital Public Goods Alliance (DPGA), a UN-endorsed initiative aimed at promoting the adoption and development of open-source technologies for digital public goods.
