Grab has partnered with BYD to enhance the use of electric vehicles (EVs) in Malaysia and Southeast Asia. The collaboration aims to provide up to 50,000 BYD EVs for Grab driver-partners. The partnership will also integrate technology between Grab and BYD, allowing the Grab app to be used on BYD’s infotainment screens and improving data sharing for better service.
STACK Infrastructure has announced plans to build a new 220MW data center campus in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, near the Singapore border. The facility will consist of two buildings and is designed to meet the growing demand for digital infrastructure, supporting cloud, AI, and machine learning workloads. The first phase is expected to be operational by late 2026.
