Shifting gears to regulatory news, the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has issued warnings to crypto companies about misleading customers regarding their regulatory status. This comes as part of the EU’s broader efforts to protect crypto investors under the new MiCA regulations, aiming to clarify the distinction between regulated and unregulated products.
ESMA emphasizes that companies must not exploit their regulatory status for promotional purposes or create confusion about investor protections. The warning highlights the ongoing concerns over investor risks in the turbulent crypto landscape, especially following previous market collapses, like that of FTX.

NEDC – The New European Driving Cycle (NEDC) is a testing standard used to measure the emissions and fuel consumption of passenger cars. It has come under scrutiny for providing unrealistic mileage estimates compared to real-world driving conditions.
Level 2 ADAS – Level 2 Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS) involve vehicles that can control both steering and acceleration/deceleration under certain conditions. However, a driver must remain engaged and monitor the driving environment at all times.
