Bitera, affiliated with MMS Group Indonesia, has inaugurated a 20 MW Tier-III+ data centre in Jakarta’s Kuningan area to address the low availability of data centres in Indonesia. The facility boasts Five9s availability SLA, up to 4,000 racks, and implements energy-efficient, environmentally friendly technologies. Indonesian government officials attended the launch, emphasizing the data centre’s role in strengthening national digital infrastructure and supporting the digital economy. Bitera aims to contribute to Indonesia’s digital transformation and economic competitiveness, with a focus on sustainability and carbon neutrality.
OpenAI plans to dismiss claims made by co-founder Elon Musk, stating he contributed less than $45 million and sought to merge the company with Tesla or gain full control.
