Adapty has launched a web-based solution named FunnelFox, geared towards assisting app makers in generating revenue outside traditional app stores. This new platform allows developers to craft quizzes and customer onboarding experiences directly on their websites, circumventing the 30% fees associated with app store transactions.
The idea behind FunnelFox emerged from discussions with top customers, revealing the potential for leveraging web acquisition channels. Through this innovative tool, users can optimize customer conversions and retain more revenue by establishing direct payment processes before app downloads occur. Adapty has seen impressive results, with clients reporting doubled revenue compared to in-app purchases.
In addition to FunnelFox, Adapty continues to improve user experience with AI features that suggest optimal quiz questions based on app store links. This capability enhances the platform, making it easier for app makers to draw in customers more effectively and tailor their marketing strategies. The company, serving over 10,000 applications, has tracked $1.2 billion in annual revenue, showcasing significant growth.
At the same time, Evroc, a Swedish startup, has successfully raised $55 million in Series A funding to establish a sovereign hyperscale cloud in Europe. This initiative seeks to reduce reliance on foreign tech firms, particularly amidst calls for a united European tech stack. Evroc plans to construct multiple data centers across Europe, catering specifically to sectors demanding heightened data sovereignty.
With his ambitious three-year roadmap, Evroc’s CEO aims to establish a network of data centers tailored for AI workloads, prioritizing energy efficiency and advanced cooling solutions.
