Elon Musk’s companies, X and xAI, have filed a lawsuit against OpenAI and Apple, alleging anticompetitive conduct in the AI industry. While Musk has criticized the dominance of OpenAI’s ChatGPT, his lawsuit does not cite specific market share figures. The complaint argues that Apple’s deep integration of ChatGPT into iOS devices via Siri and system-level tools places rivals like Grok at a disadvantage.
